Facilitating Partners
June Syndesi Kramer
FOUNDER
June has always found the art of storytelling extremely therapeutic and healing. This was part of her passion to start such a project.
At the age of 12 her heart was broken open by the stories of the Sudanese refugees also known as the Lost Boys of Sudan.
She was determined for years on end to bring these survivors to different schools and community centers to hear the stories of their resiliency.
The stories we tell ourselves shape what we believe about ourselves and the life we believe is possible.
She is currently receiving her Doctorate in transformational learning communities clinical psychology and somatics. She will be titled a Clinical Psychologist and Dr.

My dream circle:
A place where we lead by example, where words aren’t needed. A place where each feels valued, inspired, hopeful…where one can find strength, a change of perspective, safety to grow, appreciation for humanity. A circle where collaboration replaces competition, where there are opportunities to be involved and feel as one. Find your strength, the start, the continuation of a movement of evolution, strengthening of resolve, opportunity to be involved in something larger than the individual self, courage to try where I’ve previously failed.

Taylor Thornton
EDUCATOR, TEACHER AND HERBALIST
Leader and Facilitator
Taylor’s connection to the earth started early on in her life. Through that connection came avenues to explore her relationship with the Divine and her role in learning from the earth and helping those who call her home.
Taylor works with plants and fungi in the flora queendom, creating tea blends, tinctures, salves, and other modalities of traditional plant medicine in order to enrich the lives of those in her community.
Taylor also studies education. She has practiced as a teacher in the school setting and has recently expanded her practice to include tutoring children and teenagers of all ages, coaching, building, and creating space for them to strengthen their confidence and motivation.
Taylor believes, “Everyone is doing their best with what they have. If individuals are trying to improve aspects of their lives, whether it be physically, mentally, educationally, spiritually, or in whatever capacity, the only way to make change is to meet these people where they are at and work with them from there. If people don’t feel my compassion, empathy, and genuineness, there won’t be any learning, growing, or healing happening. That recipe of love, authenticity, and honesty is what allows me to lead, make change, and empower others to do the same”
Kari Skaggs
MASSAGE THERAPIST, COMMUNITY EDUCATOR, VETERAN
Leader and Facilitator
Kari Skaggs, Owner and Operator of BLISS Wellness Essentials, LLC is a Licensed Massage Therapist (2015), Certified Aromatherapist (2016) and Reiki Level Master Practitioner (2022). Kari served 22 years on Active Duty in the United States Air Force within the occupations of Law Enforcement, Communications, Intelligence and Executive Support. She had a very successful military career and retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in 2014. After retirement and being a lifelong believer and receiver of the healing benefits of bodywork herself, she followed her heart and decided to take some personal time to unravel from her long military career. She enrolled at the Body Therapy Center and School of Massage in Swansea, Illinois where she learned more about holistic wellness and the central nervous system than she could have ever imagined. Taking this path as her second career has been one of the most rewarding and liberating experiences of her life.
During massage school, Kari also discovered she had a passion for plants and essential oils. Almost immediately after graduation she pursued her certification in Aromatherapy. Adding customized aromatherapy into her massage practice was an absolute game changer. The two combined filled her heart with joy and passion. She soon realized she wanted her own practice and this is when BLISS Wellness Essentials was birthed in 2015. She had a highly successful and rewarding practice in Illinois, but she also had big dreams to travel the world with her husband while they were young and able.
In late 2017, she and her beloved Sam decided to pursue their dream. Together they developed a travel plan and put the rest into God’s hands. Within a matter of just a few months everything fell into place with ease. They sold their home and belongings, bought an RV and set off on the journey they named “Seas, Trees and RVs…On the Road Making Memories”. They spent nearly 4 years traveling across 38 states and 3 countries with their loving pets Faith, Paco and Gracie. These years were rich in opportunity, self exploration and healing as they deepened their connection with nature and each other. They fell particularly in love with areas in the Southwest, Pacific Northwest Coast and small charming islands of Mexico and Hawaii. During these years of travel, Kari kept her massage practice alive by attending workshops around the country and offering bodywork sessions out of her portable traveling tent known as the “ZenDen Massage Studio”. Today she has both a traveling studio as well as a gentle home practice in beautiful Sedona, Arizona, where she offers massage, sound healing, women’s healing circles, ceremonies and private, customized wellness retreats in both Sedona and Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
Kari’s intention has always been to make bodywork affordable and available to everyone, regardless of economic status. She’s an advocate for the institution of higher learning and refers to herself as both the student and the teacher, at ALL times. She loves to create the trusted space where the body can show up, relax, unravel and receive healing. Her intention is always to bring homeostasis back into the central nervous system through the body, mind, spirit connection. Her most favorite forms of practice are Intuitive Massage combined with Energy and Chakra Alignment, Active Isolated Stretching, Reflexology and the Esalen® Modality. As she works from a heart centered space, she feels every session is sacred and holy and believes giving is just as important as receiving. It is of her soul’s highest calling to create customized sessions that meet the desires and expectations of her clients.
Aline Houston
YOGI, SOUND HEALER AND TEACHER
Leader and Facilitator
Hi, I’m Aline, a yoga teacher, sound healer, and facilitator of Innate Wisdom Circles in Houston, TX.
In 2010, I went to a yoga class on a whim when visiting Austin, TX., and found it completely transforming physically and mentally. The change I felt was profound and all I knew was that I wanted more of “that!” Life was stressful and I felt I was failing at being a mother, a wife, and a bit lost. I was drawn to teaching yoga to find my breath and to help others find their breath. So, as soon as I got home, I started attending yoga classes at a studio and completed my first yoga teacher training. I’ve since taught 10,000+ hours of yoga by teaching yin yoga, yoga nidra (i-rest), and vinyasa flow. Always intrigued about sound, I became certified in Sound Bath teaching and I love it! I play a 32” gong, crystal quartz bowls, and various water instruments to create an all-around tuning and clearing experience. Another passion is hosting Innate Wisdom Circles (through the Innate Wisdom Circle Project out of Sedona, AZ.), where women come together to share their life stories to help each other work through trauma. The circles are held once a month in Houston, TX.

Samantha Grider
Confidence Coach/ Consultant for Women
IF you had told me as a child I would run my own business I’d laugh in your face.
Always referring to myself as “Shy”, constantly comparing myself to everyone else, and overthinking every single choice I made.
At the end of a tumultuous relationship in my late 20’s I felt I no longer knew Samantha.
So I Resolved to do the things that made my pits sweat, and keep doing them with all the fears and thoughts!
I started looking inward. I started looking for ways to stop looking for others to fill me.
I began listening more. I filled my ears with People I looked up to, which was something I’d not felt for a long time.
Confidence looks different for each woman. For me it meant showing up more fully and turning the notch up on life, saying YES more often for what lit me up, rather than what people needed me for.
Today I utilize certifications in NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, as well as life/health coaching mastery of Transformational Coaching to guide women business owners who have been on a self development journey by providing tools so they can respond to life’s ups and downs with confidence and focused intention
Innate wisdom circle is here to connect the community.
To build a space of collaboration over competition.
We will recommend different practitioners, events, and services but will not be accountable for the experiences you have.
We are always happy to hear feedback to better support the communities growth, but believe each individual is responsible to assess if an experience or service is a good fit for them.
We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to share their gifts.
