The Innate Wisdom Circle is an open

It is a free group-led therapeutic experience meant to heal the sisterhood wound, make connections and grow through each other’s shared experiences and stories.

Welcome to all. We will end the night with a sound bath.

Bring a nourishing snack or favorite recipe to share.

Coming into new environments can sometimes be nerve-wracking, so bringing a friend to join you is always fun!

Coming solo is also a great way to grow inner strength, and you will leave the evening with new, heartfelt soul friends, so don’t let coming alone deter you !

Call on your courage and come join.

We will gather at 630 p.m. for some for eating and circle with start at 7 p.m.
